Service Description

Hinge cutting, Timber Stand Improvement, Bedding areas, travel corridors: $1200/day Logging/Select Cuts. Logging bids will be dependent on timber volume, quality, and hauling distance.) • Land Clearing, Travel Corridors, Food Plots, Access trails/roads: $150/hr • Tree planting, Miscanthus planting, tree trimming, hanging tree stands, creating mock scrapes, trimming shooting lanes: $75/hr • Food Plot Installation (planting): If Colin provides all inputs (seed, fertilizer, lime, tillage, seeding, etc.) $2,000/acre for both spring and fall combined. $1000/acre/season If the customer provides all inputs and Colin does the installation: $750/acre each planting Seeding via tractor/implement or broadcast: $450/acre each planting Standard Consulting: Properties over 40 acres start at $1500 based on the complexity of the property. *For properties over 500 acres contact for a custom quote.
